National Heritage Act 2005 s 52
(1) When an object is registered under section 51 the Commissioner shall issue a certificate of registration to the owner. (2) Upon the heritage object being ceased to be registered as a heritage object, the owner of the object must surrender the certificate of registration to the Commissioner within three months from the date of such cessation.
Perakuan pendaftaran
(1) Apabila sesuatu objek didaftarkan di bawah seksyen 51 Pesuruhjaya hendaklah mengeluarkan suatu perakuan pendaftaran kepada pemunya. (2) Apabila objek warisan terhenti didaftarkan sebagai suatu objek warisan, pemunya objek itu mesti menyerahkan perakuan pendaftaran kepada Pesuruhjaya dalam masa tiga bulan dari tarikh pemberhentian itu.
