National Heritage Act 2005 s 55
Where there is any dispute regarding the compensation to be paid for any heritage object or apportionment of share of such object, such dispute shall be referred to the Minister whose decision shall be final.
Pertikaian mengenai pampasan atau penguntukan
Jika terdapat apa-apa pertikaian berhubung dengan pampasan yang hendaklah dibayar bagi apa-apa objek warisan atau penguntukan bahagian dalam objek itu, pertikaian itu hendaklah dirujukkan kepada Menteri yang keputusannya adalah muktamad.
