National Heritage Act 2005 s 87
An application for a licence to excavate shall— (a) be made to the Commissioner in the prescribed form; and (b) contain a full and accurate description of the land on which it is proposed to be carried out, the purpose, nature and extent of the proposed excavation and such other particulars as may be required.
Permohonan bagi lesen untuk menggali
Suatu permohonan bagi lesen untuk menggali hendaklah— (a) dibuat kepada Pesuruhjaya mengikut bentuk yang ditetapkan; dan (b) mengandungi perihalan penuh dan tepat mengenai tanah yang di atasnya penggalian dicadangkan untuk dijalankan, maksud, jenis dan takat penggalian yang dicadangkan dan apa-apa butir lain sebagaimana yang dikehendaki.
