National Heritage Act 2005 s 94

s 94 Enforcement officer may enter and search registered dealer’s business premises, etc.

Any enforcement officer may enter any registered dealer’s business premises at any time and may search without warrant such premises which he has reason to suspect that any stolen or lost heritage item is found in the premises.

Pegawai penguat kuasa boleh memasuki dan menggeledah premis perniagaan peniaga berdaftar, dsb.

Mana-mana pegawai penguat kuasa boleh memasuki mana-mana premis perniagaan peniaga berdaftar pada bila-bila masa dan boleh menggeledah tanpa waran premis itu yang dia mempunyai sebab untuk mengesyaki bahawa apa-apa butiran warisan yang dicuri atau hilang dijumpai di premis itu.
