s 95 Delivery to owner
(1) If any person is convicted in any court of an offence under Chapter XVII of the Penal Code [Act 574] in respect of any heritage item and it appears to the court that the same has been sold to a registered dealer, the court, on proof of the ownership of the property, may, if it thinks fit, order, the delivery of that heritage item to the owner either on payment to the registered dealer of the amount of the purchase price or any part thereof or without payment thereof or of any part thereof as the court may deem fit and proper.
(2) The court may also adjourn the proceeding for the attendance of the registered dealer and may summon the registered dealer to attend the adjourned hearing for the determination under subsection (1).

Penyerahan kepada pemunya
(1) Jika mana-mana orang disabitkan atas suatu kesalahan di dalam mana-mana mahkamah di bawah Bab XVII Kanun Keseksaan [Akta 574] berkenaan dengan mana-mana butiran warisan dan ternyata pada mahkamah bahawa butiran warisan itu telah dijual kepada seorang peniaga berdaftar, mahkamah, apabila dibuktikan keempunyaan harta itu, boleh, jika difikirkannya patut, memerintahkan supaya butiran warisan itu diserahkan kepada pemunya itu sama ada dengan membayar kepada peniaga berdaftar amaun harga pembelian atau apa-apa bahagiannya atau tanpa membayar amaun harga pembelian itu atau apa-apa bahagiannya sebagaimana yang difikirkan sesuai dan patut oleh Mahkamah.
(2) Mahkamah boleh menangguhkan prosiding itu bagi kehadiran peniaga berdaftar itu dan boleh memanggil peniaga berdaftar itu supaya hadir pada pendengaran yang ditangguhkan itu bagi penentuan di bawah subseksyen (1).
