s 10 Compliance with individual licence conditions
(1) An individual licensee shall comply with—
(a) the prescribed standard conditions of the individual licence; and
(b) any special conditions imposed by the Minister on the individual licence.
(2) An individual licensee who fails to comply with any condition of an individual licence under subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to both.

Pematuhan syarat lesen individu
(1) Pemegang lesen individu hendaklah mematuhi—
(a) syarat standard yang ditetapkan bagi lesen individu itu; dan
(b) apa-apa syarat khas yang dikenakan oleh Menteri ke atas lesen individu itu.
(2) Pemegang lesen individu yang tidak mematuhi apa-apa syarat lesen individu di bawah subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi lima ratus ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi lima tahun atau kedua-duanya.
