Water Services Industry Act 2006 s 28
The Commission shall maintain a register, in accordance with section 176, which shall be made available to the public, of— (a) all class licences approved by the Minister and registered; (b) all class licensees registered by the Commission; (c) any exemption orders to licensing requirements granted by the Minister; and (d) all decisions of the Commission to de-register a class licensee.
Daftar lesen kelas
Suruhanjaya hendaklah menyenggarakan suatu daftar, mengikut seksyen 176, yang hendaklah dijadikan tersedia untuk awam, mengenai— (a) semua lesen kelas yang diluluskan oleh Menteri dan didaftarkan; (b) semua pemegang lesen kelas yang didaftarkan oleh Suruhanjaya; (c) apa-apa perintah pengecualian bagi kehendak pelesenan yang diberikan oleh Menteri; dan (d) semua keputusan Suruhanjaya untuk membatalkan pendaftaran pemegang lesen kelas.
