s 93 Allowances

(1) The members of the Appeal Tribunal appointed under section 92 shall be paid such fixed allowances and other allowances as the Minister may determine. (2) The members of the Appeal Tribunal shall be paid— (a) a daily sitting allowance during the sitting of the Appeal Tribunal; and (b) a lodging, travelling and subsistence allowance, as the Minister may determine.

Elaun

(1) Anggota Tribunal Rayuan yang dilantik di bawah seksyen 92 hendaklah dibayar apa-apa elaun tetap dan apa-apa elaun lain sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Menteri. (2) Anggota Tribunal Rayuan hendaklah dibayar— (a) suatu elaun bersidang harian semasa persidangan Tribunal Rayuan; dan (b) elaun penginapan, perjalanan dan sara hidup, sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Menteri.
