s 18 Moneys to be deposited into Building Maintenance Account

The developer shall deposit all moneys received from the purchasers for the purpose of the maintenance and management of a building into the Building Maintenance Account within two working days of receiving the moneys.

Wang hendaklah didepositkan ke dalam Akaun Penyenggaraan Bangunan

Pemaju hendaklah mendepositkan segala wang yang diterima daripada pembeli bagi maksud penyenggaraan dan pengurusan sesuatu bangunan ke dalam Akaun Penyenggaraan Bangunan dalam masa dua hari kerja dari penerimaan wang itu.
