Building and Common Property (Maintenance and Management) Act 2007 s 41

s 41 Appeals to the State Authority

Any person or body aggrieved by any act or decision of the Commissioner under this Act may, within fourteen days after having been notified of the action or decision, appeal against that action or decision to the State Authority; and the decision of the State Authority shall be final and shall not be questioned in any court.

Rayuan kepada Pihak Berkuasa Negeri

Mana-mana orang atau badan yang terkilan dengan apa-apa perbuatan atau keputusan Pesuruhjaya di bawah Akta ini boleh, dalam masa empat belas hari selepas diberitahu mengenai tindakan atau keputusan itu, merayu terhadap tindakan atau keputusan itu kepada Pihak Berkuasa Negeri; dan keputusan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri adalah muktamad dan tidak boleh dipersoalkan dalam mana-mana mahkamah.
