Building and Common Property (Maintenance and Management) Act 2007 s 45
This legislation has been repealed. Do not cite it as law in force.
(1) The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding any stipulation to the contrary in any agreement, contract or arrangement entered into after the commencement of this Act. (2) No agreement, contract or arrangement, whether oral or wholly or partly in writing, entered into after the commencement of this Act shall operate to annul, vary or exclude any of the provisions of this Act.
Berkontrak keluar dilarang
(1) Peruntukan Akta ini hendaklah berkuat kuasa walau apa pun apa-apa ketetapan yang berlawanan dalam mana-mana perjanjian, kontrak atau perkiraan yang dibuat selepas permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini. (2) Tiada perjanjian, kontrak atau perkiraan, sama ada secara lisan atau keseluruhannya atau sebahagiannya secara bertulis, yang dibuat selepas permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini boleh berkuat kuasa untuk membatalkan, mengubah atau mengecualikan mana-mana peruntukan Akta ini.
