s 32 Access to computerized data

(1) Any enforcement officer conducting a search under this Act shall be given access to computerized data whether stored in a computer or otherwise. (2) For the purpose of subsection (1), the enforcement officer shall be provided with the necessary password, encryption code, decryption code, software or hardware or any other means required for his access to enable comprehension of the computerized data.

Capaian kepada data berkomputer

(1) Mana-mana pegawai penguat kuasa yang menjalankan penggeledahan di bawah Akta ini hendaklah diberi capaian kepada data berkomputer sama ada yang distorkan dalam suatu komputer atau selainnya. (2) Bagi maksud subseksyen (1), pegawai penguat kuasa itu hendaklah diberikan kata laluan, kod penyulitan, kod penyahsulitan, perisian atau perkakasan yang perlu atau apa-apa cara lain yang dikehendaki untuk capaiannya bagi membolehkan pemahaman data berkomputer itu.
