Anti-Trafficking in Persons and Anti-Smuggling of Migrants Act 2007 s 33
s 33 List of things seized
(1) Except as provided in subsection (2), where any conveyance, moveable property, book, record, report or document or any human organ is seized under this Part, the enforcement officer shall prepare a list of the things seized and immediately deliver a copy signed by him to the occupier of the premises or the owner of the conveyance which has been searched, or to his agent or servant, at the premises or conveyance.
(2) Where the premises is unoccupied, the enforcement officer shall, whenever possible, post a list of the things seized conspicuously at or on the place or premises.

Senarai benda yang disita
(1) Kecuali sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan dalam subseksyen
(2), jika apa-apa pengangkut, harta alih, buku, rekod, laporan atau dokumen atau apa-apa organ manusia disita di bawah Bahagian ini, pegawai penguat kuasa hendaklah menyediakan suatu senarai benda yang disita dan dengan serta-merta menghantarserahkan satu salinan yang ditandatangani olehnya kepada penghuni premis atau pemunya pengangkut yang telah digeledah, atau kepada ejen atau pekerjanya, di premis atau pengangkut itu.
(2) Jika premis itu tidak berpenghuni, pegawai penguat kuasa itu hendaklah, bila-bila masa mungkin, menampalkan suatu senarai benda yang disita itu di tempat yang mudah dilihat pada atau di tempat atau premis itu.
