s 209 Penalties for offence under Subdivision 1

Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of this Subdivision commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years and to a fine not less than one million ringgit. Subdivision 2 — Civil remedies
