Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 s 32
Where an action is taken by the Minister or the Commission under section 12, 18, 27, 28, 354 or 355, as the case may be, the Commission shall publish a notice of the action taken in such manner as it considers appropriate.
Penyiaran notis penggantungan perdagangan atau penutupan
Jika suatu tindakan diambil oleh Menteri atau Suruhanjaya di bawah seksyen 12, 18, 27, 28, 354 atau 355, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan, Suruhanjaya hendaklah menyiarkan suatu notis tindakan yang diambil mengikut cara yang didapatinya sesuai.
