Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 s 322
For the purposes of this Part, “chief executive”, “director” and “officer” includes any person occupying the position or performing the functions of chief executive, director and officer by whatever name called and “chief executive”, “director” and “officer” shall have the same meaning as in subsection 2(1).

Bagi maksud Bahagian ini, “ketua eksekutif”, “pengarah” dan “pegawai” termasuklah mana-mana orang yang memegang jawatan atau melaksanakan fungsi ketua eksekutif, pengarah dan pegawai dengan apa jua nama yang disebut dan “ketua eksekutif”, “pengarah” dan “pegawai” hendaklah mempunyai erti yang sama sebagaimana dalam subseksyen 2(1).
