(1) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Companies Act 1965, if a person referred to in subsection 360(1) is a company, whether or not the company is being wound up voluntarily, the person may be wound up under an order of the court on the petition
of the Commission, a stock exchange, futures exchange or an approved clearing house, in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act 1965.
(2) The court may order the winding up on a petition made under subsection (1) if the person referred to in subsection 360(1)—
(a) has held a licence under this Act, and that licence has been revoked or surrendered; or
(b) has contravened any rules of the stock exchange, the futures exchange or the approved clearing house or has contravened a provision of a securities law, whether or not that person has been charged with an offence in respect of the contravention, or whether or not the contravention has been proved in a prosecution.

(1) Walau apa pun peruntukan Akta Syarikat 1965, jika seseorang yang disebut dalam subseksyen 360(1) ialah suatu syarikat, sama ada atau tidak syarikat itu sedang digulung secara sukarela, orang itu boleh digulung di bawah suatu perintah mahkamah atas petisyen Suruhanjaya, suatu bursa saham, suatu bursa niaga hadapan atau suatu pusat penjelasan diluluskan, mengikut peruntukan Akta Syarikat 1965.
(2) Mahkamah boleh memerintahkan penggulungan atas petisyen yang dibuat di bawah subseksyen (1) jika orang yang disebut dalam subseksyen 360(1)—
(a) telah memegang suatu lesen di bawah Akta ini, dan lesen itu telah dibatalkan atau diserahkan balik; atau
(b) telah melanggar mana-mana kaedah-kaedah bursa saham, bursa niaga hadapan atau pusat penjelasan diluluskan itu atau telah melanggar suatu peruntukan suatu undang-undang sekuriti, sama ada atau tidak orang itu telah dipertuduh atas suatu kesalahan berkenaan dengan pelanggaran itu, atau sama ada atau tidak pelanggaran itu telah dibuktikan dalam suatu pendakwaan.
