s 28 Incident reporting
(1) Notwithstanding any other report required by any other written law, the licensee shall report to the Director General, any unforeseeable or unanticipated incidents as may be prescribed.
(2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable—
(a) in the case of a sole proprietor—
(i) to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years, or to both; and
five hundred ringgit for every day or part of a day during which the offence continues after conviction; or
(b) in the case of a body corporate or partnership—
(i) to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit; and
one thousand ringgit for every day or part of a day during which the offence continues after conviction.

Melaporkan kejadian
(1) Walau apa pun apa-apa laporan lain yang dikehendaki oleh mana-mana undang-undang bertulis lain, pemegang lesen hendaklah melaporkan kepada Ketua Pengarah, apa-apa kejadian yang tidak diramalkan atau dijangkakan sebagaimana yang ditetapkan.
(2) Seseorang yang melanggar subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan—
(a) dalam hal tuan punya tunggal—
(i) didenda tidak melebihi lima puluh ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi tiga tahun, atau kedua-duanya; dan
melebihi lima ratus ringgit bagi tiap-tiap hari atau itu berterusan selepas sabitan; atau
(b) dalam hal pertubuhan perbadanan atau perkongsian—
(i) didenda tidak melebihi satu ratus ribu ringgit; dan
melebihi satu ribu ringgit bagi tiap-tiap hari atau itu berterusan selepas sabitan.
