s 63 Duty to assist authorized officer
Whenever an authorized officer exercises his powers under this Act it shall be the duty of the licensee or person in charge or an employee of the licensed pathology laboratory or the owner or occupier of any premises used as a pathology laboratory and any person found thereinβ
(a) to provide the authorized officer all facilities and assistance as the authorized officer may reasonably require;
(b) to give the authorized officer all reasonable information required by him in respect of the licensed pathology laboratory or premises, as the case may be, relating to its management or any other matter connected therewith; and
(c) to produce any book, record or document in his possession or custody or under his control or within his power to furnish, relating to the affairs of the licensed pathology laboratory or premises.

Kewajipan untuk membantu pegawai yang diberi kuasa
Bila mana seseorang pegawai yang diberi kuasa menjalankan kuasanya di bawah Akta ini adalah menjadi kewajipan pemegang lesen atau orang yang bertanggungjawab atau pekerja makmal patologi berlesen atau tuan punya atau penghuni mana-mana premis yang digunakan sebagai makmal patologi atau mana-mana orang yang dijumpai di dalamnyaβ
(a) untuk memberikan pegawai yang diberi kuasa itu segala kemudahan dan bantuan yang semunasabahnya dikehendaki oleh pegawai yang diberi kuasa itu;
(b) untuk memberi pegawai yang diberi kuasa itu semua maklumat yang munasabah yang dikehendaki olehnya berkenaan dengan makmal patologi berlesen atau premis, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan, yang berhubungan dengan pengurusannya atau mana-mana perkara lain yang berkaitan dengannya; dan
(c) untuk mengemukakan apa-apa buku, rekod atau dokumen dalam milikan atau jagaannya atau di bawah kawalannya atau dalam kuasanya untuk memberi, yang berhubungan dengan hal ehwal makmal patologi berlesen atau premis itu.
