s 14 Director General to refer application to Advisory Committee, etc.
Upon an application for approval having been submitted in accordance with section 13, the Director General—
(a) shall refer the application to the Advisory Committee for its recommendations;
(b) shall refer the application to any relevant Government department or agency on specific matters; and
(c) subject to section 59, shall for purposes of public disclosure, invite public participation, in such manner as may be determined by the Director General, for their views on the application.

Ketua Pengarah hendaklah merujuk permohonan kepada Jawatankuasa Penasihat, dsb.
Apabila suatu permohonan bagi mendapatkan kelulusan telah dikemukakan mengikut seksyen 13, Ketua Pengarah—
(a) hendaklah merujuk permohonan itu kepada Jawatankuasa Penasihat bagi mendapatkan syornya;
(b) hendaklah merujuk permohonan itu kepada mana-mana jabatan atau agensi Kerajaan yang berkaitan tentang perkara khusus; dan
(c) tertakluk kepada seksyen 59, hendaklah bagi maksud pendedahan umum, mengundang penyertaan orang ramai, mengikut apa-apa cara sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Ketua Pengarah, bagi mendapatkan pandangan mereka tentang permohonan itu.
