s 15 Advisory Committee to make recommendations on application for approval
(1) Upon receiving an application referred to it under paragraph 14(a), the Advisory Committee shall assess such application for the purpose of making recommendations to the Board on whether or not the application should be approved and the terms and conditions to be imposed by the Board, if any.
(2) At any time after receiving such application, the Advisory Committee may request for additional information, particulars or documents from the applicant through the Director General.
(3) If any applicant fails to provide, within such period as may be specified by the Director General, any additional information, particulars or documents required under subsection (2), his or its application shall be deemed to have been withdrawn without prejudice to the making of a fresh application.
(4) As soon as it completes its assessment on the application, the Advisory Committee shall forward its recommendations on the application to the Board.

Jawatankuasa Penasihat hendaklah membuat syor tentang permohonan bagi mendapatkan kelulusan
(1) Apabila menerima suatu permohonan yang dirujuk kepadanya di bawah perenggan 14(a), Jawatankuasa Penasihat hendaklah menilai permohonan itu bagi maksud membuat syor kepada Lembaga tentang sama ada atau tidak permohonan itu sepatutnya diluluskan, dan terma dan syarat yang hendaklah dikenakan oleh Lembaga, jika ada.
(2) Pada bila-bila masa selepas menerima permohonan itu, Jawatankuasa Penasihat boleh meminta maklumat, butir-butir atau dokumen tambahan daripada pemohon melalui Ketua Pengarah.
(3) Jika mana-mana pemohon gagal untuk memberikan, dalam apa-apa tempoh yang dinyatakan oleh Ketua Pengarah, apa-apa maklumat, butir atau dokumen tambahan yang dikehendaki di bawah subseksyen (2), permohonannya atau permohonan pertubuhan
perbadanan itu hendaklah disifatkan telah ditarik balik tanpa menjejaskan suatu permohonan yang baru dibuat.
(4) Sebaik sahaja Jawatankuasa Penasihat menyiapkan penilaiannya ke atas permohonan itu, Jawatankuasa Penasihat hendaklah mengemukakan syornya tentang permohonan itu kepada Lembaga.
