Biosafety Act 2007 s 38

s 38 Enforcement officers

The following officers may exercise the powers under this Part: (a) an enforcement officer of the Board; (b) officers specified in the Third Schedule; and (c) any other officer of the Board or any other public officer authorized in writing by the Board.

Pegawai penguat kuasa

Pegawai yang berikut bolehlah menjalankan kuasa di bawah Bahagian ini: (a) seorang pegawai penguat kuasa Lembaga; (b) pegawai yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual Ketiga; dan (c) mana-mana pegawai lain Lembaga atau mana-mana pegawai awam lain yang diberi kuasa secara bertulis oleh Lembaga.
