Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 s 45
s 45 Power to amend or revoke any order or notice under this Act
(1) The Public Prosecutor or an officer of the Commission as authorized by the Public Prosecutor may at any time amend or revoke any order or notice which has been made or given by him in exercise of any power conferred on the Public Prosecutor or the officer under this Act, but any such revocation shall not be a bar to any fresh order being made or notice being given in the exercise of such power or any other powers conferred on the Public Prosecutor or the officer under this Act, at any time thereafter, against any person to whom the earlier order or notice applied or in respect of any matter affected by the earlier order or notice.
(2) A revocation or an amendment of an order or notice under subsection (1) may contain provision in respect of any matter which is consequential, ancillary or incidental to such revocation or amendment.

Kuasa untuk meminda atau membatalkan apa-apa perintah atau notis di bawah Akta ini
(1) Pendakwa Raya atau seorang pegawai Suruhanjaya yang diberi kuasa oleh Pendakwa Raya boleh pada bila-bila masa meminda atau membatalkan mana-mana perintah atau notis yang telah dibuat atau diberikan olehnya pada menjalankan mana-mana kuasa yang diberikan kepada Pendakwa Raya atau pegawai itu di bawah Akta ini, tetapi apa-apa pembatalan sedemikian tidaklah menjadi galangan untuk pembuatan apa-apa perintah baru atau pemberian notis baru
pada menjalankan kuasa itu atau mana-mana kuasa lain yang diberikan kepada Pendakwa Raya atau pegawai itu di bawah Akta ini, pada bila-bila masa selepas itu, terhadap mana-mana orang yang baginya perintah atau notis yang terdahulu terpakai atau berkenaan dengan apa-apa perkara yang disentuh oleh perintah atau notis yang terdahulu itu.
(2) Sesuatu pembatalan atau pindaan sesuatu perintah atau notis di bawah subseksyen (1) boleh mengandungi peruntukan berkenaan dengan apa-apa perkara yang berbangkit, bersampingan atau berkaitan dengan pembatalan atau pindaan itu.
