Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 s 67
Notwithstanding any other written law to the contrary, the provisions of this Act shall apply to a prescribed offence regardless of whether the prosecution or any other proceedings in respect of such offence are instituted or taken by an officer of the Commission, or a police officer or customs officer, or any other officer having powers to investigate, prosecute or take any proceedings in respect of such offence.
Pemakaian peruntukan Akta ini bagi kesalahan ditetapkan
Walau apa pun mana-mana undang-undang bertulis lain yang berlawanan, peruntukan Akta ini hendaklah terpakai bagi sesuatu kesalahan ditetapkan tidak kira sama ada pendakwaan atau apa-apa prosiding lain berkenaan dengan kesalahan itu dimulakan atau diambil oleh seseorang pegawai Suruhanjaya, atau seseorang pegawai polis atau pegawai kastam, atau mana-mana pegawai lain yang mempunyai kuasa untuk menyiasat, mendakwa atau mengambil apa-apa prosiding berkenaan dengan kesalahan itu.
