Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 s 68
Any person who fails to comply with any provision of this Act or any order, direction or notice given by or on behalf of a court, the Public Prosecutor, or an officer of the Commission in the exercise of his functions under this Act, commits an offence.
Kesalahan am
Mana-mana orang yang tidak mematuhi mana-mana peruntukan Akta ini atau mana-mana perintah, arahan atau notis yang dikeluarkan oleh atau bagi pihak sesuatu mahkamah, Pendakwa Raya, atau seseorang pegawai Suruhanjaya pada menjalankan fungsinya di bawah Akta ini, melakukan suatu kesalahan.
