s 69 General penalty
Every person convicted of an offence under this Act for which no penalty is specifically provided shall be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.

Tiap-tiap orang yang disabitkan atas sesuatu kesalahan di bawah Akta ini yang baginya tiada penalti diperuntukkan dengan khusus boleh didenda tidak melebihi sepuluh ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi dua tahun atau kedua-duanya.
