Sections 58β59 were repealed by later amendments.
s 3 Prevailing law
(1) The provisions of this Act shall be in addition to, and not in derogation of, the provisions of any other written law, including the related laws, relating to the prevention of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and their delivery systems.
(2) In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Act and those of any other written laws, including the related laws, the provisions of this Act shall prevail and the conflicting or inconsistent provisions of the other written laws shall, to the extent of the conflict or inconsistency, be deemed to be superseded.

Undang-undang yang terpakai
(1) Peruntukan Akta ini hendaklah menjadi tambahan kepada, dan tidak mengurangkan, peruntukan mana-mana undang-undang bertulis lain, termasuk undang-undang yang berkaitan, yang berhubungan dengan pencegahan percambahan senjata pemusnah besar-besaran dan sistem penghantarannya.
(2) Sekiranya terdapat apa-apa percanggahan atau ketidakselarasan antara peruntukan Akta ini dengan peruntukan mana-mana undangundang bertulis lain, termasuk undang-undang yang berkaitan, peruntukan Akta ini hendaklah terpakai dan peruntukan manamana undang-undang bertulis lain yang bercanggah atau tidak selaras itu hendaklah, setakat percanggahan atau ketidakselarasan itu, disifatkan digantikan.
