s 34 Use of force
Where force is required to enter any place, premises or conveyance, the authorized officer executing the powers under this Act may use such force as is reasonable in the circumstances.

Jika kekerasan dikehendaki untuk masuk ke mana-mana tempat, premis atau pengangkutan, pegawai diberi kuasa yang melaksanakan kuasa di bawah Akta ini boleh menggunakan apaapa kekerasan yang munasabah mengikut hal keadaan.
