s 35 List of items seized
Where any strategic items or unlisted items, and any container, package, conveyance or other article in which the strategic items or unlisted items are stored, kept or found, record, book, account, document or computerized data are seized, the authorized officer seizing the items shall prepare a list of the items seized and immediately deliver a copy signed by him to the owner or person in charge of the place, premises or conveyance which has been searched, or to such ownerβs or personβs agent or servant, at that place, premises or conveyance.

Senarai barang yang disita
Jika apa-apa barang strategik atau barang tidak tersenarai, dan apa-apa bekas, bungkusan, pengangkutan atau benda lain yang didalamnya barang strategik atau barang tidak tersenarai itu distorkan, disimpan atau dijumpai, rekod, buku, akaun, dokumen atau data berkomputer disita, pegawai diberi kuasa yang menyita barang itu hendaklah menyediakan senarai barang yang disita dan dengan serta-merta menghantarserahkan suatu salinan senarai itu yang ditandatanganinya kepada pemunya atau orang yang menjaga tempat, premis atau pengangkutan yang digeledah itu, atau kepada ejen atau pekhidmat pemunya atau orang itu, di tempat, premis atau pengangkutan itu.
