s 36 Power of arrest
An authorized officer may arrest without warrant any person whom he reasonably believes has committed or is attempting to commit an offence under this Act.

Seseorang pegawai diberi kuasa boleh menangkap tanpa waran mana-mana orang yang dipercayainya dengan munasabah telah melakukan atau sedang mencuba untuk melakukan suatu kesalahan di bawah Akta ini.
