s 41 Disposal of seized strategic items and unlisted items
The Controller shall after consultation with the Public Prosecutor, at any time he considers appropriate, order the disposal of the items, strategic items or unlisted items together with any container, package,
conveyance or other article in which the items, strategic items or unlisted items are stored, kept or found, record, book, account, document or computerized data seized subject to the following procedures being complied with:
(a) an inventory specifying the description, markings and other particulars which clearly identifies the items seized has been prepared by an authorized officer;
(b) photographs of the items seized have been taken in the presence of an authorized officer, and the said authorized officer has certified that the photographs are true; and
(c) copies of any record, book, account, document or computerized data seized are duly certified by an authorized officer.

Pelupusan barang strategik dan barang tidak tersenarai yang disita
Pengawal hendaklah setelah berunding dengan Pendakwa Raya, pada bila-bila masa yang didapatinya patut, memerintahkan pelupusan barang strategik atau barang tidak tersenarai berserta apa-apa bekas, bungkusan, pengangkutan atau benda lain yang di dalamnya barang strategik atau barang tidak tersenarai itu distorkan, disimpan atau dijumpai, rekod, buku, akaun, dokumen atau data berkomputer disita tertakluk kepada pematuhan tatacara yang berikut:
(a) suatu inventori yang menyatakan perihalan, tanda-tanda dan butiran lain yang dengan jelas mengenal pasti barang yang disita telah disediakan oleh pegawai diberi kuasa;
(b) gambar barang yang disita telah diambil dengan kehadiran pegawai diberi kuasa, dan pegawai diberi kuasa itu telah memperakui bahawa gambar itu adalah benar; dan
(c) salinan apa-apa rekod, buku, akaun, dokumen atau data berkomputer yang disita diperakui dengan sewajarnya oleh pegawai diberi kuasa.
