Sections 58β59 were repealed by later amendments.
Notwithstanding any other written law, the disposal of any item under section 41 shall not prejudice the trial of any person under this Act provided that the disposal of the item was done in accordance with that section and the court shall admit the inventory, photographs and copies made, as the case may be, of the items seized as representing the items seized.

Walau apa pun mana-mana undang-undang bertulis lain, pelupusan apa-apa barang di bawah seksyen 41 tidak boleh menjejaskan perbicaraan mana-mana orang di bawah Akta ini dengan syarat bahawa pelupusan barang itu telah dilakukan mengikut seksyen itu dan mahkamah hendaklah menerima inventori, gambar dan salinan barang yang disita yang dibuat, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan, sebagai mewakili barang yang disita.
