s 3 Appointment of Registrar

(1) The Minister shall appoint a public officer to be known as the “Registrar of Credit Reporting Agencies” for the purposes of carrying out the functions and powers assigned to the Registrar under this Act. (2) The appointment of the Registrar shall be published by notification in the Gazette.

Pelantikan Pendaftar

(1) Menteri hendaklah melantik seorang pegawai awam yang dikenali sebagai “Pendaftar Agensi Pelaporan Kredit” bagi maksud menjalankan fungsi dan kuasa yang diberikan kepada Pendaftar di bawah Akta ini. (2) Pelantikan Pendaftar hendaklah disiarkan melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta.
