(1) The Minister shall appoint such number of public officers as Deputy Registrars and Assistant Registrars as are necessary to assist the Registrar in the performance of his functions and the exercise of his powers under this Act. (2) The Deputy Registrars and Assistant Registrars appointed under subsection (1) shall be subject to the supervision, direction and control of the Registrar.
Pelantikan Timbalan Pendaftar dan Penolong Pendaftar
(1) Menteri hendaklah melantik apa-apa bilangan pegawai awam sebagai Timbalan Pendaftar dan Penolong Pendaftar yang perlu untuk membantu Pendaftar dalam melaksanakan fungsinya dan menjalankan kuasanya di bawah Akta ini. (2) Timbalan Pendaftar dan Penolong Pendaftar yang dilantik di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah tertakluk pada penyeliaan, arahan dan kawalan Pendaftar.
