(1) The Registrar may, with the approval of the Minister, appoint such number of public officers as are necessary to assist the Registrar in the performance of his functions and the exercise of his powers under this Act. (2) All officers appointed under subsection (1) shall be subject to the supervision, direction and control of the Registrar.
Pelantikan pegawai
(1) Pendaftar boleh, dengan kelulusan Menteri, melantik apa-apa bilangan pegawai awam yang perlu untuk membantu Pendaftar dalam melaksanakan fungsinya dan menjalankan kuasanya di bawah Akta ini. (2) Semua pegawai yang dilantik di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah tertakluk pada penyeliaan, arahan dan kawalan Pendaftar.
