Suruhanjaya Pengangkutan Awam Darat Act 2010 s 20

s 20 Direction by Minister

(1) The Commission shall be responsible to the Minister. (2) The Minister may give to the Commission directions of a general character, consistent with the provisions of the land public transport laws, relating to the performance of the functions and powers of the Commission and the Commission shall give effect to such directions.

Arahan oleh Menteri

(1) Suruhanjaya adalah bertanggungjawab kepada Menteri. (2) Menteri boleh memberi Suruhanjaya arahan yang bersifat am, yang selaras dengan peruntukan undang-undang pengangkutan awam darat, yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan fungsi dan kuasa Suruhanjaya dan Suruhanjaya hendaklah melaksanakan arahan itu.
