s 21 Returns, reports, accounts and information
(1) The Commission shall furnish to the Minister, and any public authority as may be specified by the Minister, such returns, reports, accounts and information with respect to its activities and finances as the Minister may, from time to time, require or direct.
(2) The returns, reports, accounts and information shall be in such form and shall contain such information relating to the proceedings and policy of the Commission and any other matter as the Minister may, from time to time, specify.

Penyata, laporan, akaun dan maklumat
(1) Suruhanjaya hendaklah memberi Menteri, dan mana-mana pihak berkuasa awam yang dinyatakan oleh Menteri, apa-apa penyata, laporan, akaun dan maklumat berkenaan dengan aktiviti dan kewangannya sebagaimana yang dikehendaki atau diarahkan oleh Menteri dari semasa ke semasa.
(2) Penyata, laporan, akaun dan maklumat itu hendaklah dalam apa-apa bentuk dan hendaklah mengandungi apa-apa maklumat yang berhubungan dengan prosiding dan dasar Suruhanjaya dan apa-apa perkara lain sebagaimana yang dinyatakan oleh Menteri dari semasa ke semasa.
