Suruhanjaya Pengangkutan Awam Darat Act 2010 s 22

The Commission may, with the approval of the Minister and the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, establish and participate in any body corporate for the purpose of promoting the service level standards in relation to land public transport or for such other purposes deemed necessary to promote the development and improvement of land public transport.
Suruhanjaya boleh menubuhkan dan terlibat dalam pertubuhan perbadanan
Suruhanjaya boleh, dengan kelulusan Menteri dan persetujuan Menteri Kewangan, menubuhkan dan terlibat dalam mana-mana pertubuhan perbadanan bagi maksud meningkatkan standard tahap perkhidmatan yang berhubungan dengan pengangkutan awam darat atau bagi apa-apa maksud lain yang disifatkan perlu untuk menggalakkan pembangunan dan penambahbaikan pengangkutan awam darat.
