s 175 Conservator’s rights to books, records, accounts or other documents of affected person
(1) Subject to subsection (3), no person is entitled as against the conservator—
(a) to retain possession of the books, records, accounts or other documents of the affected person; or
(b) to claim or enforce a lien on the books, records, accounts or other documents of the affected person.
(2) The conservator may give notice to a person in relation to the books, records, accounts or other documents of the affected person and such person shall deliver to the conservator the books, records, accounts or other documents so mentioned in the notice that are in his possession.
(3) Subsections (1) and (2) shall not apply in relation to any book, record, account or other document—
(a) to which a secured creditor of the affected person is entitled to possession otherwise than because of a lien; or
(b) of the affected person impounded by any regulatory body,
but the conservator shall be entitled to inspect and make copies of such books, records, accounts or other documents.

Hak konservator ke atas buku, rekod, akaun atau dokumen lain orang terjejas
(1) Tertakluk pada subseksyen (3), tiada seorang pun berhak berbanding dengan konservator—
(a) untuk menyimpan dalam milikan buku, rekod, akaun atau dokumen lain orang terjejas; atau
(b) untuk menuntut atau menguatkuasakan suatu lien ke atas buku, rekod, akaun atau dokumen lain orang terjejas.
(2) Konservator boleh memberikan notis kepada seseorang berhubung dengan buku, rekod, akaun atau dokumen lain orang terjejas dan orang itu hendaklah menyerahkan kepada konservator buku, rekod, akaun atau dokumen lain yang disebut dalam notis itu yang ada dalam milikannya.
(3) Subseksyen (1) dan (2) tidaklah terpakai berhubung dengan mana-mana buku, rekod, akaun atau dokumen lain—
(a) yang berhak dimiliki oleh seorang pemiutang bercagar orang terjejas melainkan jika disebabkan oleh suatu lien; atau
(b) orang terjejas yang ditahan oleh mana-mana badan kawal selia,
tetapi konservator itu berhak untuk memeriksa dan membuat salinan buku, rekod, akaun atau dokumen lain itu.
