s 25 Disciplinary punishments

(1) The Council may, in the exercise of its disciplinary authority, impose any of the following punishments: (a) order the registered food analyst to be reprimanded in writing; (b) order the name of the registered food analyst to be suspended from the Register and suspend the annual practising certificate for such period as it thinks fit; or (c) order the name of the registered food analyst to be removed from the Register and suspend the annual practising certificate for such period as it thinks fit. (2) The Council may, in any case, make such order as it thinks fit with regard to the payment of costs incurred by the Registrar, any complainant or of the registered food analyst. (3) Any costs awarded under subsection (2) may be recovered as a civil debt.

Hukuman tatatertib

(1) Majlis boleh, dalam menjalankan kuasa tatatertibnya, mengenakan mana-mana hukuman yang berikut: (a) memerintahkan supaya juruanalisis makanan berdaftar itu dicela secara bertulis; (b) memerintahkan supaya nama juruanalisis makanan berdaftar itu digantung dari Daftar dan menggantung perakuan amalan tahunan bagi apa-apa tempoh yang difikirkannya patut; atau (c) memerintahkan supaya nama juruanalisis makanan berdaftar dipotong dari Daftar dan menggantung perakuan amalan tahunan bagi apa-apa tempoh yang difikirkannya patut. (2) Majlis boleh, dalam mana-mana hal, membuat apa-apa perintah yang difikirkannya patut berkaitan dengan pembayaran kos yang dilakukan oleh Pendaftar, mana-mana pengadu atau juruanalisis makanan berdaftar itu. (3) Apa-apa kos yang diawardkan di bawah subseksyen (2) boleh didapatkan kembali sebagai suatu hutang sivil.
