s 26 Surrender of certificate of registration and annual practising certificate
(1) Where the name of a registered food analyst has been ordered by the Council to be suspended or removed from the Register, that person shall deliver his certificate of registration and the annual practising certificate to the Registrar within fourteen days of the receipt of the order.
(2) Any person who fails to comply with subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.

Penyerahan perakuan pendaftaran dan perakuan amalan tahunan
(1) Jika nama seseorang juruanalisis makanan berdaftar telah diperintahkan oleh Majlis supaya digantung atau dipotong daripada Daftar, orang itu hendaklah menyerahkan perakuan pendaftaran dan perakuan amalan tahunannya kepada Pendaftar dalam tempoh empat belas hari dari penerimaan perintah itu.
(2) Mana-mana orang yang tidak mematuhi subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi dua puluh ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi satu tahun atau kedua-duanya.
