Medical Device Act 2012 s 69
Subject to the discretion of the Authority, the public may have access to such information relating to any application or furnishing of information under this Act, which has not been granted confidentiality under section 68 or in respect of which the Authority has revoked its confidentiality under subsection 68(4), in such manner as the Authority thinks fit.
Penzahiran awam
Tertakluk kepada budi bicara Pihak Berkuasa, orang awam boleh mempunyai akses kepada apa-apa maklumat yang berhubungan dengan apaapa permohonan atau pemberian maklumat di bawah Akta ini, yang tidak dibenarkan kerahsiaan di bawah seksyen 68 atau yang berkenaan dengannya Pihak Berkuasa telah membatalkan kerahsiaannya di bawah subseksyen 68(4), mengikut cara yang difikirkan sesuai oleh Pihak Berkuasa.
