Postal Services Act 2012 s 1

s 1 Short title and commencement

(1) This Act may be cited as the Postal Services Act 2012. (2) This Act comes into operation on a date to be appointed by the Minister by notification in the Gazette and the Minister may appoint different dates for the coming into operation of different provisions of this Act.

Tajuk ringkas dan permulaan kuat kuasa

(1) Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Perkhidmatan Pos 2012. (2) Akta ini mula berkuat kuasa pada tarikh yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta dan Menteri boleh menetapkan tarikh yang berlainan bagi permulaan kuat kuasa peruntukan yang berlainan dalam Akta ini.
