s 25 Passing off of names of a universal service licensee

(1) A person, other than the persons specified in subsection 24(2), shall not place or permit, or cause to be placed or to maintain, on any premises, vehicle or other place or thing, belonging to him or under his control, any words specified in the Second Schedule. (2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.

Kelirupaan nama pemegang lesen perkhidmatan sejagat

(1) Seseorang, selain daripada yang dinyatakan dalam subseksyen 24(2), tidak boleh meletakkan atau membenarkan, atau menyebabkan diletakkan atau mengekalkan, pada mana-mana premis, kenderaan, atau tempat atau benda lain, miliknya atau di bawah kawalannya mana-mana perkataan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual Kedua. (2) Seseorang yang melanggar subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi lima puluh ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi enam bulan atau kedua-duanya.
