Postal Services Act 2012 s 26
(1) A universal service licensee shall have the right to produce or issue postage stamps bearing the word “Malaysia” in any language, or any national symbol or emblem of Malaysia. (2) The categories of postage stamps produced or issued by the universal service licensee under subsection (1) shall include definitive, commemorative, special or any other category as prescribed by the Minister.
Penghasilan atau pengeluaran setem pos
(1) Pemegang lesen perkhidmatan sejagat hendaklah mempunyai hak untuk menghasilkan atau mengeluarkan setem pos yang membawa perkataan “Malaysia” dalam apa-apa bahasa, atau apa-apa simbol kebangsaan atau lambang Malaysia. (2) Kategori setem pos yang dihasilkan atau dikeluarkan oleh pemegang lesen perkhidmatan sejagat di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah termasuk definitif, kenang-kenangan, khas atau apa-apa kategori lain yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri.
