s 27 Right to sell postage stamp

(1) A universal service licensee and persons authorized by a universal service licensee in writing may sell postage stamps. (2) A universal service licensee and persons authorized by a universal service licensee shall not sell postage stamps for more than the value denoted except for philatelic purposes. (3) Notwithstanding subsection (2), the sale of postage stamps bearing a cancellation mark for philatelic purposes is not restricted. (4) A person who contravenes this section commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.

Hak untuk menjual setem pos

(1) Pemegang lesen perkhidmatan sejagat dan seseorang yang diberi kuasa secara bertulis oleh pemegang lesen perkhidmatan sejagat boleh menjual setem pos. (2) Pemegang lesen perkhidmatan sejagat dan seseorang yang diberi kuasa oleh pemegang lesen perkhidmatan sejagat tidak boleh menjual setem pos lebih daripada nilai yang ditandakan kecuali bagi maksud filateli. (3) Walau apa pun subseksyen (2), penjualan setem pos yang membawa tanda batal bagi maksud filateli tidaklah dilarang. (4) Seseorang yang melanggar seksyen ini melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi sepuluh ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi enam bulan atau kedua-duanya.
