Postal Services Act 2012 s 28
(1) A universal service licensee shall submit to the Commission for approval before 1 July of each year an annual thematic plan on the production and issuance of commemorative and special postage stamps for the following year. (2) The Commission shall, within sixty days of receiving the plan under subsection (1), approve the plan with or without amendments.
Pelan tema tahunan
(1) Pemegang lesen perkhidmatan sejagat hendaklah menyerahkan kepada Suruhanjaya untuk kelulusan sebelum 1 Julai setiap tahun suatu pelan tema tahunan mengenai penghasilan dan pengeluaran setem pos kenang-kenangan dan khas untuk tahun berikutnya. (2) Suruhanjaya hendaklah, dalam tempoh enam puluh hari dari penerimaan pelan di bawah subseksyen (1), meluluskan pelan tersebut tanpa pindaan atau dengan pindaan.
