Postal Services Act 2012 s 29
A universal service licensee shall archive specimens of each production of postage stamps in a safe and proper manner for philatelic purposes, which shall include printed sheets, printing plates and other artifacts used in connection with the production of postage stamps.
Mengarkibkan setem pos
Spesimen bagi setiap penghasilan setem pos hendaklah diarkibkan dengan cara yang selamat dan wajar oleh pemegang lesen perkhidmatan sejagat bagi maksud filateli, yang hendaklah termasuk helaian cetakan, plat cetakan dan artifak lain yang digunakan berkaitan dengan penghasilan setem pos.
