s 30 Installation of posting box or other collection or delivery equipment
(1) A universal service licensee may, for the purpose of providing adequate access points, install any posting box or mail pick up or delivery equipment, stamp vending machine and other similar automatic device in any place to which the public have access.
(2) A universal service licensee before installing any access point shall obtain the approval of the State Authority, local authority or other relevant authority where required to do so.

Pemasangan peti pos atau kelengkapan pungutan atau penghantaran yang lain
(1) Pemegang lesen perkhidmatan sejagat boleh, bagi maksud menyediakan tempat-tempat akses yang secukupnya, memasang apa-apa peti pos atau kelengkapan pungutan atau penghantaran mel, mesin menjual setem dan peranti automatik yang serupa, di manamana tempat yang boleh diakses oleh orang awam.
(2) Pemegang lesen perkhidmatan sejagat sebelum memasangkan apa-apa tempat akses hendaklah memperoleh kebenaran Pihak Berkuasa Negeri, pihak berkuasa tempatan atau pihak berkuasa berkenaan yang lain apabila dikehendaki berbuat demikian.
