s 58 Assignment of postal identifiers
(1) If the Commission decides that there is a need in connection with downstream access or for any other reason, it may assign a postal identifier to the licensee.
(2) The licensee shall affix, impress or print its postal identifier on each postal article as soon as practicable after having collected the postal article, except if the postal article already bears the postal identifier.
(3) The Commission shall maintain a register of licensees and the postal identifier in accordance with subsection 99(1).

Penguntukan pengenal pasti pos
(1) Jika Suruhanjaya memutuskan bahawa terdapatnya keperluan berkaitan dengan capaian hiliran atau bagi maksud yang lain, Suruhanjaya boleh memperuntukkan suatu pengenal pasti pos kepada pemegang lesen.
(2) Pemegang lesen hendaklah menampal, mengecap atau mencetak pengenal pasti pos tersebut pada setiap barang pos dengan secepat yang dapat dilaksanakan selepas mengumpul barang pos tersebut, melainkan jika barang pos itu telah mempunyai pengenal pasti pos.
(3) Suruhanjaya hendaklah menyenggara suatu daftar pemegang lesen dan pengenal pasti pos mengikut subseksyen 99(1).
